1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using DrawTactics ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DrawTactics is a web-based application that allows coaches and football enthusiasts to create and export football tactical diagrams and formations. The Service includes:

• Digital tactics board with drawing tools
• Screenshot annotation tools
• Export functionality (PNG format)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share your account with others
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by DrawTactics and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the tactics boards and diagrams you create ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Exported Content: You may freely use, modify, and distribute any tactics boards you export from the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as described in that policy.

We use third-party services including:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for authentication and data storage

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That defects will be corrected immediately

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DrawTactics, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or our support team
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and saved tactics boards.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.

16. Severability
